Nexis International, together with its engineering partners, has been preparing the design and building of manufacturing plants to produce panel systems since 2004. A fully operational plant is expected to have an optimal processing capacity of between 200 kilotons and 750 kilotons of waste per annum corresponding to an output of between 3.7 million to 11.4 million square meters of 5Stargreen™ Panels annually. The 750 kiloton plant will produce an estimated 70,000 single dwelling homes at 65m2 p.a. It is expected that each factory will provide employment for 800 people directly and a further 12,000 indirectly.

The Nexis Plant System is the only system know to management to be able to process mixed solid waste in a clean and efficient manner. Each plant profit centre and each marketing profit centre will be responsible for creating substantial wealth within the catchment area of their established businesses.
